Frequently Asked Questions

What's the limit for emails I can send?

Your email service provider would set that limit. We reccommend Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) over services like Mailchimp, as SES is vastly cheaper and our platform gives you a nice user interface to use with it. This way you don't have to spend hundreds or thousands a year on other marketing services.

When are support hours?

We currently provide support via email (support@eachmessage.com) and we respond 7 days a week! That being said we can get quite busy with support so please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond, though we frequently are able to get back with you in a few hours.

Are updates free?

Updates are free for life, as are complimentary email/landing page templates that we put out in the future. To stay up to date on new template releases and various freebies, check out our blog!

I'm not technically skilled, can you install it?

If you're not comfortable creating cron jobs, working with sql databases, and configuring Autocampaign to work with your other services, we happily provide a setup service. For $20 we'll install Autocampaign and help with integrations.

How long does installation take?

From the time we're provided with hosting access, the installation process takes 24-48 hours. If you intend on using Amazon SES for email sending we can help you get that set up in that time as well.

Do you provide refunds?

As once Autocampaign is purchased you'll have the code to run it on your server, we typically do not offer refunds. We provide a demo and our sales staff are on standby to make sure you have the info you need before purchasing.

Can I use Autocampaign just for emailing?

Sure! You can send one-off emails or set up drip campaigns. From wildly complex automation sequences to simple weekly marketing emails, you can utilize our platform to save money and make money.

What hosting environment is required?

Apache, Nginx, and Microsoft IIS servers are supported. MySQL 5.53+ and PHP 5.6.19+ are supported as well! You need to be able to set cron jobs for the automation features to work properly.

Can I use the email/landing page builder on custom templates?

Yes, though it requires some special treatment to get the builder to work with your custom templates. We'll address this in an article soon.
